One of the great privileges of serving with No Regrets is seeing God raise up leaders who are burdened to reach and disciple men.
Please let me tell you a story about Trinity Church.
On a rainy evening in Nairobi, Kenya, last February, Albo and I traveled 45 minutes through a driving storm to visit Trinity Church.
As the rain pounded down, we wondered whether anyone would come. Many of the men would need to walk from their homes, and the conditions made travel difficult.
But the church’s pastor and men’s ministry leaders were waiting for us—with news that brought me to tears.
Our relationship with Trinity Church began two years earlier, when I first traveled to Nairobi to meet with pastors and men’s leadership teams from eight churches. Those conversations led several of them to participate in No Regrets’ DiscipleMaker 101 training, where they learned how to reach men for Christ, form small groups and begin intentionally discipling them.
The following year, leaders from six churches continued into DiscipleMaker 201. Over several months, we helped them develop practical plans for building sustainable disciple-making ministries within their own churches.

Now, standing inside Trinity Church, with the deafening rain beating overhead, I learned what God had done through No Regrets in the past two years.
The church had formed a prayer team, surveyed its men, developed a leadership structure, and established a clear purpose and ministry plan. They divided the church’s surrounding community into ten regions, with a trained leader responsible for discipling the men in each area. Each leader was also developing an apprentice.
Those ten leaders had already completed DiscipleMaker 101 and were beginning to train additional men who would lead discipleship groups throughout their regions.
This was no longer simply a training program led by No Regrets. It had become a multiplying movement led by local men within their own church and community.
As I heard these leaders explain how they had taken what they learned and put it into action, I was overcome with emotion and thought, “This is it. This is why we do what we do.”

No Regrets exists to equip local churches and leaders—not to create dependence on our ministry, but to give them the tools, training, and confidence to disciple men who will, in turn, disciple others.
It is why we spend countless hours leading training sessions, building relationships, running a world-class men’s conference, and traveling to encourage churches worldwide.
And it is why your support matters.
Your fiscal year-end gift helps equip leaders like those at Trinity Church to reach men, strengthen families, serve their churches, and build disciple-making movements that can continue for generations.
Please consider making a gift today to help No Regrets equip more churches in Nairobi and throughout the world.
