Jesus’ Commission

In AD 33, Jesus commissioned twelve ordinary men with an extraordinary mandate: change the world by making disciples. In Matthew’s Gospel, He said, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Two thousand years later, we are living proof that they succeeded.

The word disciple means learner, follower, or imitator. From the beginning, the Church was given a clear assignment: multiply transformed lives—one man at a time, one generation at a time. Nearly two millennia later, that same mission compels us.

No Regrets Men’s Ministry exists to carry forward this world-changing commission by equipping leaders to disciple men.

We provide practical tools, proven training, and strategic support so churches can intentionally develop men who lead in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

We walk alongside pastors and men’s leaders, train disciple-makers, and catalyze momentum through our annual conference and leadership initiatives.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple but urgent: a biblical and spiritual awakening among men that spreads across churches, cities, and nations. The strategy has never changed. Make disciples who make disciples who make disciples. This is the Master’s plan. And it still works. Join us in advancing it.

No Regrets is the voice I trust to talk about men’s ministry in the church more than any other. While there are many good voices speaking about men’s issues and ministry, there are few who have themselves grown a strong men’s community in the local church context from the ground up.
