Glenn is a Regional Champion with No Regrets Men’s Ministry and began that role in 2024. He is also the founder and current pastor of Cities Cop Church in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. They have two locations focused on the First Responder community. The North Metro was launched October 2021 and the South Metro was started in April 2025. Previously he was the Executive Director of Church Planting for Converge Great Lakes overseeing church planting in Wisconsin and the U.P. Glenn is a retired law enforcement officer having served 24 years in Wisconsin. In 1999 Pastor Glenn founded and planted Real Hope Community Church in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Glenn and wife, Susan spent time as Converge Missionaries, church planting in Panama for four years. They planted an English-speaking church called LifeBridge International Church in 2012. Glenn served as the Director of Mobilization for Converge International Ministries in Orlando. Glenn is a certified leadership and life coach and coaches several church planters, Pastor and Police Officers around the country. He and his wife of 42 years have been leading First Responder Marriage retreats the past five years.
