Transformational Leadership helps men build that foundation while developing practical, biblical leadership skills for the church, workplace, home, ministry, and community.
Transformational Leadership, formerly known as Disciplemaker 301, equips men to lead from a life deeply rooted in Christ. Through biblical teaching, honest discussion, personal reflection, and practical application, participants develop the spiritual foundation and leadership skills needed to influence others wherever God has placed them.

It is appropriate for both emerging leaders and experienced leaders who want to deepen their character, clarify their calling, and increase their effectiveness.
